Account Executive (Full Sales Cycle)

The role
We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Account Executive who will manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and nurturing long-term partnerships. You’ll work closely with our partnership, marketing, product, and operations teams to bring new advertisers and eCommerce clients onto the Shoparize platform.

Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with advertisers, webshops, and marketplaces across Europe.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools and performance metrics.
- Present Shoparize’s solutions to prospects — both virtually and at in-person events.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Represent Shoparize at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across Europe.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.
- Continuously stay updated on digital marketing trends, performance KPIs, and competitive insights.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience managing the full sales cycle, ideally in online marketing, ad tech, SaaS, or a related digital industry.
- Solid understanding of online marketing metrics and concepts (CPA, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.).
- At least 1 year of experience in a role within the online marketing industry (e.g., affiliate marketing, programmatic, performance marketing, or eCommerce partnerships).
- Fluent in English; additional native-level European language (e.g., German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian) is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with measurable KPIs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across Europe to meet clients and attend events.
- Existing network of advertisers, agencies, webshops, or marketplaces is a strong advantage.
