About the Role

An entrepreneur and investor with a diversified business portfolio – ІТ, cybersecurity, legal, and venture projects is looking for a trusted Executive Assistant to support daily operations, projects, and strategic initiatives.

This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and enjoys working closely with a high-performing leader combining elements of executive assistance, operations, project management, and strategic coordination.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the right hand to the Principal, managing information flow, priorities, and execution across multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate projects, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables.
• Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and decision-making (research, analysis, summaries).
• Handle daily operational and administrative matters — scheduling, travel, meetings, documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact between the Principal and internal/external stakeholders.
• Identify issues, propose practical solutions, and ensure consistent progress across domains.
• Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

• Higher education in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent English and Ukrainian (Spanish is a plus).
• Experience in operations, project management, business analysis, or a similar coordination role.
• Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
  

Desirable:

• Interest or background in investment, startups, or technology.
• Confident user of productivity tools and AI-driven platforms.
• Driver’s license is a plus (not mandatory).

The position is being created to enhance the effectiveness of the Principal by providing strong operational and strategic support — freeing time for high-level priorities, business growth, and new ventures.

Reporting & Growth

• Reports to: Principal (entrepreneur/investor)
• Team: None initially, potential coordination of project contributors or contractors.
• Career path: May evolve into roles such as Chief Operating Officer, Project Director, or leadership positions within one of the Principal’s ventures.
