SEA Specialist

We are looking for a SEA Specialist to join our team in the Amsterdam office, Amstel, 62.

Shoparize is a dynamic and rapidly growing Adtech e-commerce platform, built for merchants to generate incremental revenue with performance marketing and AI tooling to improve their shopping campaigns. Furthermore, Shoparize is revolutionizing the way people shop online. Our platform aggregates product listings from various retailers, providing users with a seamless and comprehensive shopping experience.

The role

We are looking for a SEA Specialist with a big appetite to learn to join our team of experts and help us develop and support digital transformation strategies for our clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing performance marketing campaigns for diverse objectives of business. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in advertising management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital acquisition activities using ad platforms, including SEM, display advertising campaigns, affiliate marketing, programmatic, etc.
  • Campaign management / setting up campaigns with Google Ads Editor.
  • Work on a budget to reach maximum KPI keeping the CAC at the optimum level.
  • Manage communication with multiple vendors and third-party trackers to achieve acquisition objectives.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Plan and create a small-scale A-B test campaign to optimize campaign and creative performance better.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to optimize performance

Requirements

  • Experience in performance marketing/PPC
  • 1-2 years of Google Shopping experience
  • Experience with Google Ads and Performance Max
  • Experience with marketplaces, or comparison shopping services (CSSs), or in affiliate marketing, or retail/e-commerce
  • Upper-Intermediate English-speaking level
  • Logical and analytical mindset

  • Intro interview with a co-founder (45 min)
  • Home assignment (up to 60 min)
  • Interview with PPC Lead, co-founder, and Managing Director (45 min in the office)
